Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for Jobifer purchases processed by Paddle.

Effective Date: April 30, 2026

1. Merchant of Record

Paid orders for Jobifer are processed by Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, taxes, receipts, payment support, and refund processing for Jobifer orders.

2. 20 Working Day Refund Window

You may request a refund within 20 working days from the date of purchase. Refund requests are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, use the View receipt or Manage subscription link in your Paddle confirmation email, or submit a request at paddle.net. You can also contact us at support@jobifer.ai and we will help you locate your Paddle transaction details.

4. Processing and Access

Refunds are typically returned to the original payment method. Access to refunded Jobifer products, subscriptions, or paid features may stop after the refund is issued.
