Terms and Conditions
Auto PBR provides Jobifer, an AI job-search assistant that helps users find stronger-fit roles, tailor CVs, identify relevant hiring contacts, and prepare outreach.
Effective Date: April 30, 20261. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms are between you and Auto PBR, the supplier and operator of Jobifer. By accessing or using Jobifer, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What Jobifer Does
Jobifer provides tools for resume parsing, profile setup, job discovery, fit scoring, contact research, tailored CV generation, outreach drafting, and approved email sending through your connected Gmail account. Jobifer does not guarantee interviews, job offers, replies, compensation, or employment outcomes.
3. Accounts and Access
You may need to sign in with Google and complete onboarding to use Jobifer. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for making sure the information you provide is accurate, lawful, and yours to use.
4. Outreach and User Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing job matches, generated CVs, contact selections, and outreach messages before they are used. You must not use Jobifer to send unlawful, misleading, harassing, spam, or abusive communications.
5. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payments
Jobifer may offer free, trial, paid, subscription, or credit-based access. Paid purchases are processed by Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. By purchasing through Paddle, you agree to Paddle's applicable buyer terms and refund policy.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel future subscription renewals where available. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy, Paddle's processes, and applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
Jobifer, its software, branding, design, and underlying technology are owned by Auto PBR or its licensors. You retain ownership of the resume, profile, and other content you provide, while granting Jobifer the limited rights needed to operate and improve the service.
8. Service Changes and Availability
We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of Jobifer. AI output, third-party data, job listings, contact data, email verification, and integrations may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jobifer is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on generated output, job data, or outreach results.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
